Booking & Appointment Policies Appointment Requests All appointments submitted through our online booking system are requests and are not guaranteed until confirmed. You will receive either a confirmation or decline notification prior to your requested appointment time. For advance bookings, every effort will be made to provide adequate notice. Same-day appointment requests will be confirmed or declined no later than one hour before the requested appointment time. Please do not arrive for an appointment unless you have received confirmation that your request has been accepted. New Client Appointments For the comfort and security of both client and therapist, additional verification is required for all first-time clients. New clients must: • Schedule appointments with a start time before 5:00 PM • Complete all required intake forms prior to the appointment • Provide requested client identification information • Submit a valid photo ID when requested for identity verification and studio security • Complete the required deposit authorization Once your appointment request is received, additional verification instructions may be sent by text or email. Failure to complete required verification may result in the appointment request being declined. Deposit Authorization A deposit authorization is required when submitting certain appointment requests. The deposit is a preauthorization only and is not immediately collected as a completed charge. If your appointment request is accepted, the deposit will be applied according to the studio’s booking and cancellation policies. If your appointment request is declined, the authorization will be released. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the pending authorization to disappear from your account. Client Verification & Safety Caia Wellness Studio is a private massage practice and maintains client verification and security procedures for the safety and comfort of everyone entering the studio. Identification, contact information and completed intake documentation may be required before services are provided. Caia Wellness Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session when there are legitimate concerns regarding safety, inappropriate behavior, inaccurate booking information, failure to complete required documentation, intoxication, harassment, sexual comments or requests, or conduct inconsistent with a professional therapeutic environment. Massage services are strictly therapeutic and professional. Sexual behavior, propositions, requests or inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full service fee may still apply. Communication Please make sure the phone number and email address entered when booking are accurate, as appointment confirmations, verification requests and important appointment information may be sent through either method. Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
⭐️The first late cancellation within 90 minutes is forgiven. After that, a 50% fee will apply to future late
cancellations.
⭐️Three or more late cancellations may result in online booking privileges being suspended.
⭐️No-shows will be charged the full session fee. The amount may be credited toward a future
session if rebooked within 14 days.
⭐️Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require
rescheduling and are considered late cancellations.
⭐️I understand life happens, please communicate any delays or emergencies in advance whenever possible.
